In the Room
The room was stale smelling when we arrived. We would have liked yogourt to be available during breakfast and a better variety of fruit.
The rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally well priced for the suite we stayed in. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpfull. It was close to the sports facilities where we played.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Good price. Good value
We only slept there and spent our time with friends in Hamilton.
The place was clean and relatively comfortable and fit my budget.
There was not much variety in the continental breakfast
Location, convenience, space, price, breakfast, quiet
Central location, friendly staff, excellent internet access.
The rooms and hallways did not have a clean clean feel, but I am a cleaner. I would recommend to persons on a budget, but not if the person could .afford better
I found the room to be quite clean for what it was, and reasonably priced.
I am not from Hamilton and had no idea I was booking a room in a residence, no where on the website I booked did it say that this was a residence for Mohawk. I feel this was a misrepresentaiton of your facilities. You should consider calling it, "Mohawk Residence and Conference Center" I certainly won't book again as I was under the impression it was a hotel room.
Was not aware tghat this was a college dorm. Kept driving by looking for it and found that it was a college dorm. No where in th ebrochure did it say that it was not a hotel. Thought it was very misleading. Ended up being ok, but husband and I had to sleep in different rooms and beds. Would not stay there again!
Excellent value! Rooms surprised with size!
Parking - very long walk to vehicle parking Needed some better drapes to keep early sun out
Hard to find, had to park far away from front door while other parking near entrance stayed empty all day and night.
Affordable rates with breakfast included. Dorm layout with 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette was great for our ball team. Area was quiet and very clean.
The price was right. The rooms were clean. We were able to do laundry which was great because we were in a ball tournament and the weather was very warm. Great people working there as well
Spacious and comfortable. Good price. But room cleaning was not done on the 1st day and got it done on request without delay at 11 pm. Wanted an iron and board but was not available even at the front desk.
Parking was a little away. There is only one exit/entrance. Too long walk to paring lot esp. From the ends of the building.
It was close to our activities. It was budget friendly. The staff where friendly as well as proffessional. It was clean
It was inexpensive and convenient
It was spartan and we do not care to have others' sexual orientation thrust in our faces; they should not make it a public issue. It was also difficult to locate physically - there's no signage,
